Info

Everything hosts usually want to know before they order.

This page gives the public-facing context that usually lives in direct messages today: lead times, ordering expectations, and when to use the custom request flow instead of the catalog.

Lead times

Plan at least 21 days ahead.

That window keeps decorating, baking, packaging, and shipping realistic. The real build will make this configurable from the admin panel.

Ordering

Catalog sets are the fastest path.

If the shape, palette, or event concept is already represented in the shop, start there. It will become the simplest route to checkout.

Custom work

Use the bespoke form for themes, monograms, and fully custom sets.

That route gives Susa room to review inspiration, quote thoughtfully, and avoid mismatched expectations.

Policy notes

All sales final No refunds are offered. Any rare exceptions are handled manually in Stripe rather than through a storefront refund flow.
US shipping only The v1 scope is domestic fulfillment. International shipping is intentionally out of scope for the first production release.
Guest checkout stays available Accounts are optional. The purchase path should feel lightweight for one-time event customers.

What still comes next

The storefront is live for browsing and requests today. Full checkout, shipping, and admin operations are the next production milestones.
