These terms are intentionally lightweight for the PoC, but they cover the basic expectations around ordering, lead times, and fulfillment.
Custom requests are inquiries, not instant bookings.
Submitting a custom request does not guarantee acceptance until the business confirms scope, timing, and pricing.
All sales are final.
Refund exceptions, if any, are handled directly by the business and not through an automated storefront workflow.
Shipping and fulfillment
Shipping timelines are estimates. The business is responsible for preparing orders for shipment, while carrier delivery performance may vary after handoff.
The current product direction is US-only shipping. International shipping is not part of the initial scope.
